10th highest salary for a not-for-profit executive in Massachusetts in 2020 is $2,199,591

Jiqing Xia earned $2,199,591 from Harvard Management Company, Inc. by working 60 hours a week in 2020.

Boston-based Harvard Management Company, Inc. amassed $110,703,172 in revenue in the tax year ending in 2020, spending $110,703,172.

There are 2,619 not-for-profit organizations registered in Massachusetts.

How not-for-profit executives and staff are paid is an issue consistently under the microscope.
