On February 18, 2025, Rep. Auchincloss emphasized the importance of Ukraine's presence in any diplomatic discussions regarding its future. He stated, "Nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine. Zelensky must be at the table for negotiations."
The following day, February 19, 2025, he discussed his conversation with Ezra Klein about urban development and taxation policies targeting large tech companies. He tweeted, "My conversation with Ezra Klein on building new cities and taxing the daylights out of social media corporations."
Later that same day, Rep. Auchincloss expressed strong opinions regarding former President Donald Trump's past actions and their implications for Ukraine's sovereignty. He commented, "Think of it, a modestly successful reality TV host, Donald Trump, talked the United States of America into electing him president... Trump better stop appeasing his idol Putin, or Ukraine is not going to have a country left."
