On November 17, 2024, Rep. Auchincloss criticized major pharmacy benefit managers for their pricing practices. He stated, "CVS Caremark and the other Fortune 20 pharmacy benefit managers are price-gouging patients and bullying independent pharmacists." He emphasized his commitment to holding these entities accountable through legislative measures like the #PharmacistsFightBackAct.
Later that day, Auchincloss commented on a recent decision by President Biden regarding military strategy in Eastern Europe. He remarked that "Biden's decision to lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of ATACMS in Russia is long-awaited progress." However, he stressed the importance of including Russian oil refineries as authorized targets due to their strategic significance.
On November 18, 2024, Auchincloss addressed claims made by RFK Jr., highlighting misinformation about public health and technology. He noted that "RFK Jr. believes that HIV does NOT cause AIDS, but that high-speed internet DOES cause 'leaky brain'."
