Representative Jake Auchincloss, a congressman from Massachusetts' 4th district, has recently voiced his concerns on various political and economic matters through a series of tweets. Auchincloss replaced Joe Kennedy III in the U.S. Congress in 2021 and has served since. His background includes a BA from Harvard University and further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In a tweet dated April 2, 2025, Auchincloss questioned whether a healthcare executive should have the authority to hire and fire his own regulators, specifically mentioning Brad Smith of Main Street Health and DOGE's role in the healthcare sector. "Should a healthcare executive be able to hire & fire his own regulators? Meet Brad Smith, of Main Street Health—DOGE's health czar."

On April 3, 2025, Auchincloss criticized RFK Jr. and his team, accusing them of incompetence and corruption. He claimed that they are prioritizing changes in regulations that benefit their private sector businesses over scientific leadership, which he suggested is being outsourced to China. "RFK Jr. and his team are both incompetent and corrupt. They are handing scientific leadership to China while focusing on changing regulations to suit the businesses they run in the private sector."

The following day, April 4, 2025, Auchincloss addressed economic concerns, warning of a potential rise in home and car insurance rates due to tariffs. "Your home & car insurance are about to surge because of tariffs."
