His tweets addressed various topics, including drug development and infectious disease research, skepticism regarding the events of September 11, and claims about COVID-19's impact on different ethnic groups.

On January 29, 2025, Rep. Auchincloss criticized an unnamed individual for wanting to halt the development of new medicines for cancer and Alzheimer’s disease. He stated that this person described these medicines as "pharmaceutical poison" and had pledged to give drug development and infectious disease research a "little bit of a break" for eight years.
