The tweets reflect his engagement with contemporary policy matters and humanitarian concerns.

On January 24, 2025, Rep. Auchincloss tweeted about his appearance on Cooney's Show where he discussed TikTok policy with hosts Kevin Cooney and Ashley. He mentioned that these Boston parents-to-be have built their livelihood through TikTok and expressed concern over the future following a Supreme Court decision upholding a law he co-led that forces a sale of the platform. "I joined the Cooney's Show to discuss TikTok policy with Kevin Cooney and Ashley. These Boston parents-to-be have built their livelihood through TikTok, and they are concerned about what comes next now that the Supreme Court has upheld the law I co-led forcing a sale."

Later on January 24, 2025, Rep. Auchincloss addressed another pressing issue involving Afghan allies in a tweet. He criticized former President Trump for canceling flights to the United States for more than 1,600 Afghans who had been vetted and cleared to travel. These individuals included children and those who worked alongside Marines like himself during military operations. "Americans don't abandon allies. More than 1,600 Afghans, including children and those who worked alongside Marines like me, have had their flights to the United States cancelled at the last minute by Trump."
