On January 22, 2025, Rep. Auchincloss expressed his disapproval of the Republican Party's stance on law enforcement with a tweet stating: "Never want to hear the GOP claim to Back the Blue again."

The following day, January 23, he addressed bipartisan efforts in Congress regarding digital policy reform. He tweeted: "There is bipartisan support in Congress to divest TikTok... Plow through the tech lobby and reclaim the digital town square for Americans." This statement highlights ongoing legislative discussions about social media accountability and regulation.

On January 24, Rep. Auchincloss raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest involving former President Donald Trump with a tweet that read: "Coincidence or corruption? At the same time as Trump is entering the Oval Office..." The congressman questioned financial interactions between corporate and foreign interests with Trump.
