Jake Auchincloss comments on vaccines, PBMs, and defense spending

Rep. Jake Auchincloss, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Massachusetts' 4th district, shared his views on various issues through a series of tweets on December 8, 2024. In another tweet posted on December 8, Auchincloss reflected on the China Select Committee's hearing regarding the defense industrial base. He acknowledged both problems and opportunities for improving Pentagon procurement processes but expressed frustration with current defense appropriations practices, leading him to vote against them despite his belief in a stronger military. "The China Select Committee’s hearing on the defense industrial base pointed towards problems & opportunities for the Pentagon to buy better... I am frustrated with the Defense..."
