Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell has reached a settlement with Penske Truck Leasing Co., LP (Penske), a national truck rental company, and six of its inspectors, for allegedly issuing passing inspection certificates to heavy-duty trucks that underwent fraudulent safety and emissions inspections, most of which occurred at its New Bedford facility located at 1242 Shawmut Avenue.
