Waters Farm announced on July 12 that it will hold an Antique Farm Tractor Pulls and Open House event. The event invites visitors to watch a tractor pull competition, with registration for tractor owners beginning at 9:00 a.m. and the contest starting at 10:00 a.m.
The competition is set to end when the last tractor pulls the heaviest load over the finish line. Waters Farm said that admission is free for spectators.
The open house aims to attract both participants who own tractors and community members interested in watching traditional farm activities. The announcement highlights that all are welcome to attend.
Events like these offer an opportunity for local residents and visitors to experience aspects of rural heritage and farming practices firsthand. Such gatherings can help foster community engagement around agricultural traditions.
According to organizers, the event will conclude once all registered tractors have completed their attempts, providing attendees with a full day of activities centered around antique farming equipment.
