Rep. Seth Moulton Press Office, representing Massachusetts’ 6th district in the U.S. Congress, published a series of posts on March 26, 2026 addressing government trust, military actions, and pay equity for women.
In an early post that day, the office stated: “We hope to see other congressional offices follow suit in this effort. We need to restore trust in government.” (March 26, 2026).
Later that afternoon, Rep. Moulton’s account posed a pointed question to Senator Marco Rubio regarding military conduct: “Was the girls’ elementary school that you blew up, killing 175+ people, considered a military target? @marcorubio” (March 26, 2026).
Addressing gender pay disparity in the workforce later that evening, another post read: “81 cents on the dollar. That’s the reality for women in the workforce today.
Pay equity isn’t just about fairness, it’s about the economic security of our families. It is unacceptable that women continue to be undervalued. We need to do more.” (March 26, 2026).
Seth Moulton has represented Massachusetts’ 6th District since replacing John F. Tierney in 2015 and previously served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Salem in 1978 and currently residing there at age 44, he is also a graduate of Harvard University and Harvard Business School.
