Seth Moulton, U.S. Congressman representing Massachusetts’ 6th district since 2015, used his official press office account to update constituents on recent initiatives and commemorate the anniversary of the Iraq War.

On March 19, 2026, the press office announced expanded opportunities for community engagement: “Our office is holding more local office hours in the coming weeks. No appointment is necessary. We look forward to seeing you!”

The following day, on March 20, 2026, the account marked the 23rd anniversary of the start of the Iraq War with a post reflecting on its human and financial costs: “The Iraq War began 23 years ago. 4,492 American service members lost their lives over a 9-year span. Tens of thousands more were wounded. We spent $3 trillion on a war that never should have happened.

I know what it costs when Washington sends troops to war on false pretenses. I”

Later that same day, Rep. Moulton’s team acknowledged bipartisan support for legislation aimed at supporting LGBTQ+ youth: “We appreciate @lisamurkowski’s support for the LGBTQ+ Youth Access Act, which Rep. Moulton is co-leading to ensure LGBTQ+ youth can connect directly with trained counselors who understand how best to support them.

Senator Murkowski is right: This is key, and we need to get it”

Seth Moulton was born in Salem, Massachusetts in 1978 and continues to reside there at age 44. He holds degrees from Harvard University (BS) and Harvard Business School (MBA). Before entering Congress in 2015—replacing John F. Tierney—he also served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
