Seth Moulton, U.S. Congressman representing Massachusetts’ 6th district since 2015, has posted a series of tweets through his press office addressing recent statements and actions by former President Donald Trump.

On April 3, 2026, Moulton’s press office commented on remarks made by Trump regarding Iran’s military capabilities: “Donald Trump on Wednesday night: ‘They [Iran] have no anti-aircraft equipment.’ Either Trump is misinformed, or he is lying to the American people. Either option puts the lives of our U.S. service members in greater risk.” This tweet highlights concerns about the accuracy of information being shared with the public and its potential implications for national security.

Later that same day, another post from Moulton’s account stated: “You are not prepared for how long this list is.” The context of this message was not elaborated upon in the tweet itself.

On April 4, 2026, Moulton addressed ongoing tensions in the Middle East and criticized Trump’s focus on personal legal battles: “Our nation is at war in the Middle East. Trump himself has acknowledged it. And yet here he is picking fights with federal judges over a ballroom. Who is this helping, besides himself?”

Seth Moulton has served as a member of Congress since succeeding John F. Tierney in 2015 and previously held office in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Salem, Massachusetts in 1978, Moulton holds degrees from Harvard University and Harvard Business School.
