Seth Moulton, U.S. Congressman representing Massachusetts’ 6th district since 2015, used his official press office account to comment on current political and economic issues in a series of posts on March 11 and 12, 2026.
On March 11, Moulton criticized former President Donald Trump’s immigration policies by posting, “If only Trump would fight to lower costs as much as he is fighting to remove 300,000 lawfully present people who have paid the necessary fees and followed the rules in our country.”
The following day, Moulton addressed energy policy with another pointed message directed at the president: ‘”High gas prices are actually good.” Brilliant strategy, Mr. President. Let’s see how that works out for you.’ This statement was posted on March 12.
Later that same day, Moulton turned his attention to veterans’ affairs and staffing challenges at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), stating: “Since Trump returned to the WH, the VA is losing therapists faster than it can hire them. We ask our troops to risk everything for this country. The least we can do is ensure they have access to the care they have earned. They deserve better.”
Seth Moulton has served in Congress since replacing John F. Tierney in 2015 and previously served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Salem, Massachusetts in 1978, he continues to reside there today. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Harvard University.
