U.S. Representative Seth Moulton, who represents Massachusetts’ 6th district in Congress, has recently addressed several issues through his official press office on social media.

On March 30, 2026, Moulton announced his participation with 40 House and Senate colleagues in a call for regulatory action against insider trading in prediction markets. As stated in the post: “Rep. Moulton joined 40 House and Senate colleagues, led by @SenWarren and @RepAngieCraig, in calling on the CFTC and OGE to curb insider trading in prediction markets, underscoring the urgent need for clear guidance.” (March 30, 2026).

Later that day, Moulton shared his experience at a naval event: “Rep. Moulton was honored to speak at the commissioning of the USS Massachusetts (SSN 798) over the weekend in Boston Harbor.

Massachusetts has been sending sailors to sea since before we were a country. As we celebrate the Navy’s 250th birthday, this Virginia-class submarine” (March 30, 2026).

On March 31, he addressed anti-discrimination efforts for transgender Americans: “Every American deserves the freedom to live authentically and the safety to pursue their dreams without fear of discrimination. To the trans community: You are seen, you are valued, and you belong. Rep. Moulton will keep fighting in Congress to ensure our laws reflect the” (March 31, 2026).

Seth Moulton has served as U.S. Representative for Massachusetts’s 6th District since replacing John F. Tierney in 2015 and previously held office in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Salem in 1978 and currently residing there at age 44, he is an alumnus of Harvard University with degrees from both its undergraduate college and business school.
