A day later, on February 16, Moulton addressed a recent tragedy in Pawtucket: “Our hearts are with the victims, their families, and the entire Pawtucket community following today’s tragic shooting. Seth Moulton has represented Massachusetts’ 6th district in Congress since replacing John F. Tierney in 2015. Before serving in Congress, he was a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Salem, Massachusetts in 1978, Moulton is currently 44 years old and resides in Salem. He graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in 2001 and later earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2011.
