Rep. Seth Moulton, who represents Massachusetts’ 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed a range of issues on his official Twitter account, including honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., his position on the Homeland Security appropriations bill, and an upcoming discussion about ICE detention expansion.
On January 19, 2026, Moulton marked Martin Luther King Jr. Day by reflecting on Dr. King’s legacy: “Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his unwavering commitment to nonviolence, democratic participation, and equal justice under the law.
Dr. King warned against the abuse of power and the use of fear and division to undermine democracy. His teachings remind us that”.
Two days later, on January 21, 2026, Moulton announced his opposition to an upcoming legislative measure: “Rep. Moulton will be voting No on tomorrow’s Homeland Security appropriations bill.
