Rep. Seth Moulton, U.S. Congressman representing Massachusetts’ 6th district since 2015, addressed issues ranging from mental health to national security and firearm safety in a series of recent posts on his official social media account.

On September 8, 2025, Moulton highlighted the importance of accessible mental health support, stating: “If you’re facing a mental health crisis, dial 988. I wrote the law to make getting help simple. Please pass this number on to friends and family. It could save a life.”

The following day, September 9, he emphasized the strategic significance of space for both defense and economic interests: “Space drives our military and our economy, and our adversaries know it. We cannot afford to fall behind, which is why we need to invest in the right space capabilities. Discussed that this morning with @axios.”

Later on September 9, Moulton addressed gun safety measures: “We can’t accept the status quo. Storing all firearms securely can help prevent future tragedies and turn this horrific trend around. Seth Moulton has served as the representative for Massachusetts’s 6th District since succeeding John F. Tierney in 2015 and previously held office in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Salem in 1978, Moulton holds degrees from Harvard University and Harvard Business School.
