On February 13, 2026, Moulton criticized former President Trump’s budget allocations: “$38 billion. That’s what Trump is spending to turn warehouses into human holding facilities. Not on schools. Not on healthcare. Not on veterans. On warehousing humans. And they have the audacity to call it ‘safe and humane.'”
Later that day, he commented on state transportation subsidies and infrastructure investment: “Driving in Massachusetts is heavily subsidized, costing taxpayers billions, yet roads get little scrutiny. Our Harvard study shows Crossrail would save riders billions and support housing. It’s time to rethink how we spend on transportation.”
On February 15, 2026, Moulton reiterated his commitment to LGBTQ+ rights: “Rep.
