U.S. Congressman Seth Moulton, who represents Massachusetts’ 6th district, recently posted a series of updates on social media regarding transportation issues in Boston and new legislative efforts concerning Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) accountability.
On December 5, 2025, Moulton addressed the issue of traffic congestion in Boston by stating: “Boston drivers now average 83 hours stuck in traffic per year, putting us among the worst‑congested cities in the U.S. That’s exactly why Congressman Moulton is committed to pushing for modern, frequent regional rail—to give commuters a real alternative and help fix this mess.”
Three days later, on December 8, 2025, he announced new legislative action: “Rep. Moulton is introducing the NOEM Act to hold ICE officers accountable when they violate constitutional rights. Anyone who breaks the law should face consequences, and ICE is no exception.” He followed up with a link for further information: “More details: https://t.co/sjgLSr6Ww3”.
Seth Moulton has served as the U.S. Representative for Massachusetts’s 6th District since replacing John F. Tierney in 2015. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Salem, Massachusetts in 1978 and currently residing there at age 44, Moulton graduated from Harvard University with both an undergraduate degree and an MBA.
