Seth Moulton, U.S. Congressman representing Massachusetts’ 6th district since 2015, recently addressed issues related to healthcare affordability and congressional staff conduct on social media.

On March 23, 2026, the Rep. Seth Moulton Press Office posted: “16 years ago, the ACA was signed into law.

Today, families are missing meals and skipping bills just to afford their premiums because the GOP let the ACA tax credits expire.

Two days later, on March 25, 2026, two posts were made regarding office policy and a press release. The first stated: “Full release: https://t.co/TbbqATCGBq”. The second announced a new staff policy: “Effective today, Congressman Moulton is instituting an office-wide policy prohibiting his congressional staff from participating in prediction market platforms, such as Polymarket and Kalshi.

Seth Moulton has represented Massachusetts’s 6th District in Congress since replacing John F. Tierney in 2015. Before his tenure in Congress, he served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Salem, Massachusetts in 1978 and currently residing there at age 44, Moulton graduated from Harvard University with degrees earned in both 2001 and 2011.
