The Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave has invited small business owners to participate in a survey regarding the state’s Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program. The department aims to collect anonymous feedback from employers to help inform discussions at an upcoming community listening session scheduled for October.

According to the department, responses gathered through the survey will be used as part of the conversation during the employer event. Employers interested in attending the session on October 8 in Boston can contact Christopher Carlozzi at Christopher.Carlozzi@nfib.org for more details.

The initiative is intended to give small business owners an opportunity to share their experiences with PFML directly with state officials.
