The Retailers Association of Massachusetts is initiating a survey for Massachusetts retailers starting on October 7th. The survey aims to gather insights into the challenges faced by retailers in the state. The University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute (UMDI) will facilitate this confidential and anonymous survey.

Retailers across Massachusetts are encouraged to participate in the survey. Their input is expected to contribute to shaping initiatives and interventions addressing these challenges.

For questions about the survey, participants can contact the UMDI research team. To receive a formal invitation link, emails can be sent to smolina@donahue.umass.edu.
