The Retailers Association of Massachusetts is rolling out a survey for Massachusetts retailers on October 7th. The survey aims to understand the challenges faced by retailers across the state. It will be facilitated by the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute (UMDI).

The survey is both confidential and anonymous. All retailers in Massachusetts are invited to participate to help inform initiatives and interventions to address these challenges.

Retailers can contact the UMDI research team for questions and can email smolina@donahue.umass.edu for the survey invitation link.
