A Feeding Hills, Massachusetts woman has admitted guilt in a federal court for defrauding commercial lenders through the use of falsified rent rolls and forged lease agreements. Christine Gendron, 61, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud. Her sentencing is set for September 30, 2025, by U.S. District Court Judge Mark G. Mastroianni.

In a related matter, Louis R. Masaschi previously entered a guilty plea on April 22, 2025, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud and two counts of wire fraud. His sentencing is scheduled for July 23, 2025.

Gendron served as the Financial Manager for JLL Realty Developers, LLC (JLLRD), where her sister Jeanette Norman and brother-in-law Masaschi were partners. Together with Masaschi and allegedly Norman, she conspired to defraud financial institutions by providing fraudulent financial information to secure loans for their businesses.

The fraudulent activity resulted in significant losses exceeding $19 million after the conspirators defaulted on the loans obtained through false documentation.

Jeanette Norman has denied any wrongdoing and awaits trial in October 2025.

The charge against Gendron carries a potential sentence of up to 30 years in prison along with five years of supervised release and a fine potentially reaching $1 million or double the gross gain or loss involved.

The announcement was made by United States Attorney Leah B. Foley alongside Ted E. Docks from the FBI’s Boston Division. The prosecution is led by Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven H. Breslow from the Springfield Branch Office.

It is important to note that these allegations remain until proven beyond reasonable doubt in court.
