Gould argues that making the deduction permanent would provide “equal treatment with Wall Street,” allowing small businesses like his to “survive and thrive for decades to come.” He highlights that while Wall Street companies enjoy permanent tax relief, Main Street businesses face uncertainty as they prepare for the potential expiration of this crucial deduction.
