Rep. Jake Auchincloss, who represents Massachusetts’ 4th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently used his social media platform to highlight legislative priorities and policy perspectives on monopolies, drug pricing, and international narcotics enforcement.

On December 10, 2025, Auchincloss posted: “My bill versus the Meta bill https://t.co/kzRp2EZJ7S”.

The following day, he addressed economic concentration and pharmaceutical costs in a post dated December 11, 2025: “Too much of the economy is captured by monopolists and middlemen. Pharmacy Benefit Managers are both. My bipartisan legislation will stop their unfair tactics, support community pharmacists, and lower Rx drug prices. https://t.co/hiz7B6iQGT”.

On December 12, 2025, Auchincloss commented on approaches to international narcotics problems: “Fentanyl problem: sanction Chinese manufacturers

Cocaine problem: work with Colombian special operations

Jake Auchincloss has served as the U.S. Representative for Massachusetts’s 4th District since replacing Joe Kennedy III in 2021. Before joining Congress, he was a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Born in Newton, Massachusetts in 1988 and currently residing there at age 35, Auchincloss holds degrees from Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
