The Boston University women’s rowing team will compete for its third consecutive Patriot League title at the 2026 Patriot League Championship on the Cooper River in Pennsauken, New Jersey, on May 14.

The event will be broadcast on ESPN+, with morning coverage beginning at 8:00 a.m. and afternoon finals starting at 1:30 p.m. The afternoon session coincides with the Second Varsity Four Petite Final.

Boston University is aiming to secure its fifth overall Patriot League title. The team won back-to-back league championships in 2024 and 2025, marking the first time it achieved consecutive titles. The Terriers are also looking to repeat as Boat of the Year contenders, having previously received that honor five times in program history—2014, 2016, 2017, 2024, and 2025.

If Boston University wins the league championship and secures an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament, it will advance to compete at Lake Lanier Olympic Park in Gainesville, Georgia. The NCAA Championships are scheduled from May 29 through May 31.

The championship schedule includes morning heats for Second Varsity Four and Varsity Four boats beginning at 8:00 a.m., followed by heats for Second Varsity Eight and Varsity Eight crews. Afternoon finals start at 1:30 p.m., concluding with Grand Finals for all boat classes by mid-afternoon.
